• Preparing supplementary documentation, communications and applications.
• Electronic or postal submission where applicable, and tracking receipt.
• Reasonable administrative follow-up when needed.
• Follow-up until the issue is resolved or registrations are completed, within the agreed scope.

Administrative follow-up does not guarantee a favorable decision or a deadline.

From application to checking the issued document.

• Confirming details and preparing the application and authorization (delega).
• Request by certified email (PEC), follow-up and any administrative reminders.
• Digital receipt when available and arranging physical delivery when needed.
• Checking that the issued document matches the requested record.

Above 6 documents: +€50 per document. Delivery and fees are not included.

Obtaining documents for AIRE, passports or citizenship by marriage does not include carrying out those procedures.
