Information you provide
The contact form asks for your name, service of interest and email or phone, according to your chosen reply channel. Your needs, locations and registration details are optional. The originating page is also forwarded to give the enquiry context.
Purpose of use
Genealogizando uses the information to reply, understand your needs and explain services. Consent in the form covers this contact; it does not subscribe you to promotional messages.
Forwarding and storage
Contact details and requests are stored in our local database. Conversation documents are stored privately in Contabo S3. Mailgun processes emails and Meta processes WhatsApp messages, including the documents explicitly sent through these channels. Only authorized administrators access the commercial workspace. Data is retained while necessary for service and applicable obligations; you can request access, correction or deletion using the contact below.
When enabled, authorized administrators may request OpenAI assistance using relevant enquiry data, recent conversation text and internal notes. Attachments are excluded from this assistance. Requests use store:false; provider retention controls still apply. Suggestion text is retained locally for the configured period (90 days by default), then removed while usage metrics are preserved.
How the site works
The site uses session and security features to validate forms, show confirmations and preserve entries after errors. Duplicate-submission protection uses temporary technical identifiers. These pages do not load third-party advertising or analytics tools. Your language choice is stored in this browser for up to a year and, when you sign in, in your profile. Your browser language may also be used to choose the language of messages.

The blog, client area, social networks and WhatsApp have their own environments and privacy terms. Following these links takes you to the corresponding service. You initiate any WhatsApp contact.
Sensitive information
Do not send personal documents, judgments, passwords or account credentials in the initial form. Sharing any documents needed for the service must be arranged during the enquiry.
